set of garden lights along path are, or at least were, solar powered but no longer light up even after sunniest of days ...also butterflies that light up and change colours solar powered but no longer working... I have carefully cleaned the solar panels

isopropyl alcohol can be purchased at your drug store. not very expensive. about the solar lights . they all do have batteries of one type or another and eventually need replaces with like type solar batteries which can be found at lowes or home depot
